Beacon Health Options of California, Inc. (Beacon of California) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Health Options, Inc. (Beacon) and a health care service plan licensed under the Knox-Keene Act to provide Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder or Mental Disorder (MHSUD) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. As a Knox-Keene Plan, Beacon of California is regulated by the California Department of Managed Health Care. As part of our continuing commitment to provide our valued members with the most effective, efficient and convenient MHSUD care and EAP services, we have developed this web site for use by our California members.

Our Member Service staff will work with you to resolve the matter.

Language Assistance

IMPORTANT: You can get an interpreter at no cost to talk to your doctor or health plan. To get an interpreter or to ask about written information in your language, first call your health plan’s phone number at 1-800-228-1286. Someone who speaks your language can help you. If you need more help, you are encouraged to contact the Department of Managed Health Care, which protects consumers, by telephone at its toll-free number 1-888-466-2219, or at a TDD number for the hearing and speech impaired at 1-877-688-9891, or online at www.dmhc.ca.gov.
