Proudly serving members since 1991, Carelon Behavioral Health of California was originally established under the name American PsychManagement of California, Inc. following licensure as a Knox-Keene plan in December 1990, and offers behavioral health care service plan products and employee assistance programs to large employers and health plans throughout the State of California.
